The Barn on the Pemi

As with everything Alex Ray touches, the Barn had to be recreated to look exactly as it had before preserving the historic presence of the barn while completely surrounding it with a new structure to meet current building codes and loads. It sits on top of a brand new sate of the art kitchen in the basement. The Barn on The Pemi is the newest addition to The Common Man family and will host weddings and events accommodating up to 300 guess in 10,000 square fee all on a secluded hill top overlooking the mountains.
